Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications or similar.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management practices.
• Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, talent development, and partnering with leaders to support business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build recruiting plans.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
• Screen, interview, coordinate, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Employee Relations & Performance Engagement

• Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and provide coaching.
• Assist with performance management processes, documentation, and development planning.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
• Guide leaders on policy interpretation, communication, and employment-related practices.
• Help identify opportunities to improve employee retention and performance.

Compensation & HR Analytics

• Support compensation planning, market benchmarking, and salary administration.
• Assist with merit planning, promotions, transfers, and pay recommendations.
• Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to recruiting, compensation, and workforce trends.

HR Technology & Process Improvement

• Serve as a power user for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Help configure, test, and implement HR technology solutions.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.
• Utilize automation, AI tools, and analytics to improve HR operations and recruiting effectiveness.

Learning & Development Support

• Partner with Learning & Development to enhance onboarding and employee development programs.
• Provide feedback and insights that help improve training and leadership development initiatives.
• Support programs that strengthen employee growth, engagement, and retention.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required in human resources, business administration, communications or similar.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management practices.
• Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
