Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
• Track recruiting activity and metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives with HR and Marketing.
• Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and recruiting data.
• Assist employees with HR-related questions and internal communications.
• Coordinate performance reviews, mentorship, and employee development activities.
• Support HR compliance and best practices.
