Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred, with 2+ years of relevant HR experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR processes, benefits, compensation, payroll, and HR system(s)

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee relations, retention, performance management, and HR initiatives
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs
• Administer benefits, payroll, compensation, HR systems, and employee records while maintaining confidentiality
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, training, and safety committee activities
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and employee engagement
