What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions including end-to-end payroll processing, supporting human resources and operational efficiency for agency staffing division through best practice HR practices, policies, procedures and accurate end-to-end payroll processing, administration required state reporting, analytics, and effectively performing essential human resources functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Duties will be split amongst Human Resources, Payroll Administration, State & Regulatory Reporting
• Serve as a primary point of contact and liasion with Corporate HR for employee inquires, addressing employee relations, policy, procedures, complaints, corrective action and other employee matters with professionalism and sound judgmentVerify hours worked, pay rates, differentials, bonuses, reimbursements, and other payroll-related information with communities in which employees are assigned.
• Maintain a calendar of recurring state and regulatory reporting requirements and assist in providing information required to expand into other states and those regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned

Do You Have What It Takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent or combined education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing and human resources support.,
• Experience owning and processing end-to-end payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work with confidential employee and payroll information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
