TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing offers a hybrid Human Resources Generalist opportunity in Kansas City, MO, supporting an agency staffing division. This role combines HR support with end-to-end payroll processing and state and regulatory reporting.

You will be a primary contact for employee inquiries and liaise with Corporate HR on day-to-day employee matters, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or combined education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing and HR support.
• Experience owning and processing end-to-end payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work with confidential employee and payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact and liaison with Corporate HR for employee inquiries, addressing employee relations, policy and procedure questions, complaints, corrective action, and other employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Verify hours worked, pay rates, differentials, bonuses, reimbursements, and other payroll-related information with the communities where employees are assigned.
• Maintain a calendar of recurring state and regulatory reporting requirements and assist in providing information needed to expand into other states and related regulatory requirements.
• Support additional duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities
