Job summary

Colonial Village Overland Park is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to join our team. This full-time exempt role provides payroll, benefits and recruitment management, with ongoing support and development of a quality workforce.

A one-person department with dotted line accountability to Corporate Office in Overland Park, KS, you will partner with facility leaders to drive talent, compliance and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, benefits and recruitment management.
• Ability to collaborate with facility directors and staff on HR issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages bi-weekly payroll.
• Assists with development and implementation of HR services, policies and programs for staff.
• Manages the recruiting and staffing function.
• Maintains facility online education system (CE Solutions).
• Prepares, communicates and monitors the performance evaluation process for employees.
• Processes FMLA and other leaves of absence requests, including ADA accommodations.
• Administers employee benefits plans; reviews monthly billings for accuracy.

Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to join our team! Responsibilities
