We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to join our team! This full time exempt-level position provides Human Resources support, including payroll, benefits and recruitment management, as well as the ongoing support and development of a quality workforce. This is a one-person department, with dotted line accountability to Corporate Office in Overland Park, KS.
Post-secondary education, preferably with an emphasis in Human Resources Management or Business, and/or a minimum of 2 years’ broad HR experience. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CPP would be a plus. Computer literacy with Microsoft products as well as HRIS advanced user skills; Paycom experience much preferred.
