Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in the Kansas City area is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and HR support for our agency staffing division, applying best practices, policies, and accurate payroll administration.

The role focuses on state reporting, analytics, and delivering essential HR services while serving as a liaison with Corporate HR; candidates should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or combined education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing and human resources support.
• Experience owning and processing end-to-end payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work with confidential employee and payroll information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Duties will be split amongst Human Resources, Payroll Administration, State & Regulatory Reporting.
• Serve as primary point of contact and liaison with Corporate HR for employee inquiries, addressing employee relations, policy, procedures, complaints, corrective action and other employee matters.
• Verify hours worked, pay rates, differentials, bonuses, reimbursements, and other payroll-related information with communities in which employees are assigned.
• Maintain a calendar of recurring state and regulatory reporting requirements and assist in providing information required to expand into other states and those regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned
