Job summary

MAC Medical, Inc. is seeking an organized HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR activities in a manufacturing environment. You will assist with employee records, hiring, onboarding, benefits, attendance, and general employee needs.

Key tasks include interviewing coordination, new-hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, training records, and compliance documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration with production and office staff and requires confidentiality and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR systems.
• Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and follow-through.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with production and office employees.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine employee questions and direct complex concerns to the HR Manager.
• Post job openings, review applications, and schedule interviews.
• Prepare new-hire paperwork, assist with orientation, and maintain training records.
• Maintain personnel files and update employee information accurately.
• Track attendance and timekeeping; assist with payroll information and corrections.

• Prepare routine HR reports and support workers’ compensation documentation.
• Help communicate company policies and maintain HR records for compliance and ISO 13485 audits.
