Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a lean HR team in Oakland Park, FL. You will own payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, onboarding, employee records, and HR policies in a small-company setting.

The role requires proactive HR administration, benefits coordination, and compliance support while supporting a blue-collar workforce and a bilingual environment (Spanish/English a plus).

Title: Human Resources Generalist

Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Lead onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and HR administration activities
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, physicals, and new hire documentation
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and answer employee questions
• Support employment law compliance, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and HR policies

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

• 5+ years of HR experience and comfortable in a small company where you are the only person in Human Resources
• Experience supporting blue-collar workforces
• Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus but not required
• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
