We're partnering with a highly respected investment firm to identify an HR Generalist to join its collaborative and high-performing HR team. This role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, talent initiatives, and special projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner on full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Assist with performance management and annual review cycles
• Coordinate analyst and associate recruiting programs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HR analytics
• Support employee engagement initiatives and special projects
• Help execute high-profile internal meetings, events, and talent programs
• Serve as a trusted resource to employees and business leaders

What We're Looking For

• 4-6+ years of HR experience within within financial services, private equity, investment banking, or adjacent industry required
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working with senior executives and managing confidential information
• A proactive, high-touch service mindset
