Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a proactive HR Generalist in Charlotte, NC to support end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role partners with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience while following company policies.

You will manage recruitment operations, coordinate onboarding activities, maintain ATS data integrity, and facilitate clear communication across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting Operations
• Hands-on experience with ATS such as Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or iCIMS
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new hire orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong recruiting and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience to support end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. This role will serve as a key partner to hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing recruitment operations, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining ATS data integrity, and facilitating effective communication throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required Qualification

• sBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• .3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting Operations
• .Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar platforms
• .Experience coordinating employee onboarding and new hire orientation programs
• .Strong verbal and written communication skills
• .Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
