  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs
  • Ability to effectively use scheduling software

As a Human Resources Expert, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborating with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, understanding guest needs, and ensuring the right experience and enthusiasm to deliver excellent shopping experiences.
  • Leading recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire qualified candidates.
  • Supporting team member and leader training needs and promoting continuous learning.
  • Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
  • Listening to team members, collaborating with leaders, and taking appropriate action.
  • Implementing HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
  • Supporting compliance policies to mitigate risks.
  • Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests and assisting them.
  • Engaging with guests to address their needs and expressing appreciation for their business.
  • Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Working safely, reporting hazards, and adhering to safety policies.
  • Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements.
