Description:

Provides expert direction, management, and assistance to managers, colleagues, and vendors in analysis and resolution of complex issues related to service and delivery of security access for HR/Payroll system. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for administration and technology support for Workday, security role processing. Provides consultation and guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures for managers and colleagues, and acts to minimize risk in all situations. Develops sustainable, efficient, and effective processes to support customers within the parameters of the department service level agreements. Markets department services and provides world class customer service.

Essential functions include:

  • Understanding and embodying the mission, vision, and values of Trinity Health in leadership, behaviors, and decisions.
  • Managing specialized Human Resource service delivery for the HR Service Center, serving as a subject matter expert in security access administration or other HR areas.
  • Independently managing semi-annual audits of security access to Workday for HR users, reviewing discrepancies, and reconciling roles and access.
  • Training team members on new processes, procedures, and policies, supporting RHM implementation, and ensuring documentation is current.
  • Developing efficient processes within service level agreements.
  • Providing analytics, metrics, and management presentations on projects and service delivery.
  • Building collaborative relationships with various departments and vendors to facilitate efficient management of escalated issues.
  • Maintaining attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations, including HIPAA and NPPI guidelines.
  • Performing administrative activities such as processing HR transactions related to security roles, generating reports, and conducting data audits.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree with 4-5 years of progressive HR experience in a high-volume environment; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, especially Workday.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate in a collaborative environment.

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Ability to organize work priorities, handle multiple tasks, and work in a stressful environment.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Effective communication skills, including extensive phone and in-person interactions.

Work environment: Office setting, well-lit, temperature-controlled, ergonomic workspace.

Hourly pay range: $27.42 - $41.13
