The Human Resources Business Support Specialist will assist with the planning, coordination and data integrity of Human Resources (HR) programs while providing support to the Human Resources Department on workflow and processing issues. The Human Resources Business Support Specialist will audit data processed through normal entry (including interfaces, keying and workflow). Additionally, the HR Support Specialist will support the Unemployment process and Subpoena process by providing required documents and correspondence.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years of Human Resources experience; An additional 2 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience in addition to the minimum requirement of two years of HR experience.
• Substitutable Education & Experience: The additional 2 Years of related experience and/or training can be substituted for an Associate's degree in HR, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in addition to the minimum years of experience.
• Required Certifications/Licensure: None
• Required Training: Basic Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel; Intermediate HRIS.
