Overview

This role is responsible for leading and supporting HR-related projects and initiatives. It focuses on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and the successful implementation of HR strategies and programs across the organization. This is a remote role. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work C2C.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies for HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver project documentation, training materials, and presentations as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the HR function, driving efficiencies and improving service delivery.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics for leadership as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR practices and recommend solutions.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Project Management, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong experience in building workflows, automation, and project plans.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex HR projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Smartsheet required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications. Uses understanding of digital concepts to create basic digital tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Expert interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Advanced attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.
  • Advanced cognitive, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is a 4-month consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $70-$80/hr. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and skills.
