Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR strategies with organizational objectives to drive performance and growth.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Cultivate and promote a positive organizational culture that reflects our core values.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations while maintaining efficient HR operations.
  • Collaborate with the Steering Team to influence and implement strategic decisions across the organization.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, upholding and nurturing an environment that our employees are proud to be a part of.
  • Provide unbiased feedback and foster open communication at all levels of the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR capacity, encompassing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development and compliance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration is required. A Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to drive organizational culture initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading and developing HR teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment is necessary.
