The HR Director will oversee key functions including organizational development, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Acting as a senior advisor to executive leadership, the HR Director will help shape a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture and ensure HR practices effectively support long-term company success.

This position can work remotely but may require daytime local commuting in the Charlotte, NC area at times to support multi site employee populations.
