Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and EEOC.
• Organizational skills, confidentiality, and initiative.
• Lift up to 10 lbs and follow all work rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates and visitors by welcoming, directing, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and coordinating new hire orientation.
• Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain the HRIS and ensure confidentiality of all employment records and hotel-related information.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other HR team members and leaders as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
