Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a hospitality leader to oversee two hotel departments and maintain top guest service standards. You will ensure brand consistency, run effective shifts, and support staff across departments to deliver excellence.

The role emphasizes training, leadership in absence of the Department Manager, and hands-on capability across hourly functions to uphold operational quality.

• Assist in training new associates and cross-training existing associates according to the Certification Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
