White Lodging in Knoxville is seeking a proactive hotel leader to oversee two departments, ensure the highest standards of service, and run the perfect shift with complete checklists.

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and step in during absences to maintain operations. Hospitality experience is valued, and a positive, adaptable personality is a strong fit.

• Assist in training new associates and cross-training existing associates according to the Certification Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
