Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of human resources. The ideal candidate will have fundamental HR knowledge and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process.
  • Support recruiting activities, including posting jobs, conducting background checks, phone interviews, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with candidate information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, vendors, and applicants.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Prepare materials for orientations, benefits enrollment, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and maintain personnel files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of HR experience.
  • Some post-secondary education; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Supportive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
