We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to ensure the efficient operation of all HR functions, focusing on Leave of Absence (LOA) and Workers' Compensation processes. The Coordinator will support HR staff and demonstrate courteous, compassionate, and respectful behavior towards patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming environment.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Representative. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Assist employees with LOA questions and documentation.
  • Handle workers' compensation claims promptly and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
  • Prepare documentation for workers' compensation claims.
  • Maintain the bidding log, generate weekly reports, and update status changes accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up with employees on leave in a timely manner.
  • Order and organize office supplies efficiently.
  • Manage the applicant referral program effectively.
  • Research and compile data for reports and special projects as directed by the Director.
  • Ensure compliance with HR labor posting requirements.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with potential additional pay for shift differentials and other factors. The posted salary range is an estimate based on current circumstances and may vary.
