The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department through administrative tasks and leadership in operational functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing HR documents.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure completion of paperwork for new hires.
  • Collect, verify, and securely store employment documents.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit with company standards and job requirements.
  • Arrange logistics for external visitors, including meetings and visitor logs.
  • Coordinate accommodations and meals for guests and events.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee retention by maintaining engagement programs and monitoring metrics.
  • Participate in improving HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee and applicant documentation as required by governing agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of HR coordination experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
