Intro

Are you looking to build an HR career? Do you want to work in a supportive, collaborative team environment, with potential travel to support other sites and ongoing training and education? Join our Saddle Creek Human Resources Team.

Overview

This position provides HR administrative support to facility associates and management. It involves working closely with HR leadership across various functions.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate HR processes such as new associate orientation, compensation, benefits, exit interviews, and unemployment claims
  • Promote and uphold Saddle Creek Culture
  • Maintain associate database systems including timekeeping, records, and accident reporting
  • Update reports for HR metrics, attendance, and performance management
  • Support recruitment efforts: job fairs, applicant tracking, pre-employment screening
  • Enhance associate engagement through approachability and responsiveness
  • Coordinate facility and associate events
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed
  • Serve as resource for policies and procedures
  • Ensure legal and company posting compliance
  • Address associate questions and escalate concerns
  • Coordinate temporary staffing processes
  • Partner with HR, Facility Management, and Associates to resolve issues
Qualifications
Education/Experience
  • Clerical/Administrative experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service focus with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry
  • Experience with systems like Kronos, Workday is a plus
  • Trustworthiness and confidentiality
  • Ability to develop partnerships
  • Comfortable working remotely via Teams and Email
