Position Summary:

Role Overview:

Seeking an HR Coordinator to support human resources functions, handle inquiries, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage administrative tasks, and support office-related HR activities. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Talent Acquisition Lead with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and managers.
  2. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability.
  3. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  4. Prepare and assist with onboarding new hires, including scheduling orientation and setting up systems like Workday.
  5. Support employee engagement, training, and benefits inquiries.
  6. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  7. Support office operations including mail, security, supplies, and bill payments.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years' HR experience or internships preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday is a plus
Physical & Work Environment:

Regular talking, hearing, handling objects, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Low to moderate noise levels.
