We offer the opportunity to advance your career and become an integral part of our well-respected firm. We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator in the Phoenix office.

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of the day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental knowledge of the various HR functions and have the desire to work with a highly effective and proactive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with the new hire process including onboarding.
  • Support the recruiting function by posting jobs, submitting background tests, phone interviewing, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System with candidate information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, applicants, etc.
  • Assist with coordinating companywide events, meetings, and training including contacting venues, directing room setup, and tracking attendance.
  • Assist with payroll and benefit administration.
  • Prepare materials for new hire orientations, benefits enrollment, terminations, and other projects as assigned.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct to appropriate party as needed.
  • File documents and maintain personnel files.
  • Provide various administrative support for the HR team.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of HR experience
  • Some post-secondary education, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Supportive team player and strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Able to work independently on tasks and is self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working in an environment of changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • A professional, positive, and flexible attitude
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and communication skills
  • Ability to act with diplomacy and tact and demonstrate active listening skills
  • Ability to work with and appropriately maintain confidential information
