We have an immediate opening for the following position:

Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role provides administrative support in various HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, timekeeping, and HRIS management (Paycom). The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn all facets of Human Resources.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.

  • Assist in processing and reviewing timecards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Maintain and update employee records in Paycom, including timekeeping, benefits, and personnel data.

  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support HR initiatives and programs such as employee engagement, training, and performance management.

  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.

  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in recruiting and timekeeping.

  • Prior experience using Paycom or a similar HRIS system strongly preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and areas of HR.

Preferred Education:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
