We have an immediate opening for the following position:
Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role provides administrative support in various HR functions, with a focus on recruiting, timekeeping, and HRIS management (Paycom). The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn all facets of Human Resources.
Support the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Assist in processing and reviewing timecards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain and update employee records in Paycom, including timekeeping, benefits, and personnel data.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Support HR initiatives and programs such as employee engagement, training, and performance management.
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in recruiting and timekeeping.
Prior experience using Paycom or a similar HRIS system strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and areas of HR.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
