Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve as a local, customer-facing HR support role, providing initial assistance to employees. You will be the face of the HR office, handling routine inquiries, guiding employees to self-service portals or the HR service center, and supporting the HR Business Partner team and leaders in local tasks that cannot be completed virtually.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting employee engagement and community events, recognition, and awards programs.
  2. Implementing action plans based on engagement survey results.
  3. Managing local hiring processes, including job postings, onsite interviews, and job description updates.
  4. Coordinating orientation programs and content delivery.
  5. Supporting compliance initiatives and preparing for audits.
  6. Maintaining learning and development activities.
  7. Managing benefits enrollment and directing employees to resources.
  8. Assisting managers with salary and incentive planning.
  9. Supporting employees returning from leaves or workers' compensation claims.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
