Indiana University Bloomington's IU Research Human Resources team is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary intake point for research HR requests, triage cases, and ensure timely routing to the appropriate HR team member.
You will support the employee lifecycle processes, provide 1st level HR guidance, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with HR colleagues across IU while operating in a hybrid Bloomington setting.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule (mix between remote and in‑person work), after an initial evaluation period, and is subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
$22.35 - $24.75, based upon experience.
