Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Assist teams by welcoming, directing, and answering inquiries as the first point of contact.
  • Perform full cycle recruiting, including job advertising, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and orientation, while maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Help plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure confidentiality of all employment data.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates regarding benefits and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and the Executive Committee as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
  • A positive attitude, excellent service skills, and a passion for people.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, dependability, confidentiality, and initiative.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs. regularly, adhering to all work rules and policies.
