Join Our Team as a Human Resource Coordinator
Support Employee Success and Drive HR Excellence

We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is essential in managing employee records, HR policies, and payroll functions, ensuring compliance and supporting a positive workplace culture. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact as a Human Resource Coordinator
In This Role, You Will
  1. Manage Employee Data: Enter and update new hires, pay rate changes, and termination information in HR systems.
  2. Assist with Recruitment: Review applications and resumes, evaluate applicant qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
  3. Advise on HR Policies: Guide managers, supervisors, and employees on company HR policies and procedures.
  4. Handle Payroll & Records Management: Assist with payroll-related inquiries, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  5. Support Employment Transactions: Provide consultation on transfers, promotions/demotions, reductions-in-force, placements, and independent contractor status.
  6. Coordinate Employee Recognition Programs: Oversee and ensure adherence to Employee Recognition Guidelines for staff events and appreciation initiatives.
  7. Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Prepare, monitor, and maintain personnel and risk management files, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  8. Perform Administrative HR Functions: Compose confidential correspondence, prepare spreadsheets, and handle data entry.
  9. Interpret & Enforce Policies: Explain company policies, employment laws, and workplace regulations to managers and employees.
What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re seeking someone who:

  1. Has at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll.
  2. Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
  3. Possesses excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  4. Maintains confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive HR matters.
  5. Is proficient in HR software, data entry, and reporting systems.
  6. Understands federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements.
  7. Works well both independently and as part of a team.
