Samaritans Purse is looking for highly-skilled administrative professionals who are passionate about the proclamation of the gospel to join our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Seasonal Human Resources Team!

A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Human Resources Support Coordinator

At Samaritans Purse, the gospel is the center of all that we do! Serve as an OCC Seasonal HR Support Coordinator and you will have the opportunity to:

• Guide seasonal associates through the onboarding process
• Ensure accurate completion of I-9 forms for all new hires
• Review, validate and submit seasonal associate time records throughout the Operation Christmas Child project to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete quality control checklists for seasonal candidates
• Work with the Human Resources Support Project Supervisor to meet compliance guidelines
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of OCC seasonal staff as needed

This is a full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays), seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through end of February. Applicants must be at least 18, be eager to learn, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry. Screening requirements include skills testing, a social media review, pastoral and professional references, and a criminal background check (upon acceptance of offer).
