Placements24 in partnership with a client in Paarl seeks an experienced Employment Law Advisor to join the legal team. You will advise on BCEA, LRA, and EEA compliance, draft and review contracts, and support employee relations with a pragmatic, business-friendly approach.

The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with 5+ years of SA labour law experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of handling CCMA or bargaining council disputes.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with substantial experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and case law.
• Proven ability to advise on disputes and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on SA employment law, including BCEA, LRA, and EEA.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Advise on and manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and CCMA disputes.
• Conduct legal research and monitor legislative changes affecting employment.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
