Job Summary:
The HR Compliance Specialist ensures that the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves auditing, developing, and implementing HR compliance programs, ensuring time punch accuracy, conducting I-9 audits, completing monthly HR Metrics reports, and advising management on compliance-related matters. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as proficiency in data management and documentation.
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and health and safety regulations throughout the United States.
