Christus Health in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an HR Business Partner I to support operational leaders in implementing people strategies across assigned business areas. The role emphasizes recruitment, retention, development, performance and talent management.

You will partner with HR leadership to ensure clear communication, employee engagement, and effective issue resolution, with duties including payroll-related support and confidential handling of sensitive information.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

• Support the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicants, candidates, and associates and avoid disclosing confidential information unless required to perform duties.
• Participate in developing and implementing strategies and plans for HR services.
• Assist during organizational change periods, including workforce reductions and strategy shifts.
• Provide expert guidance to associates and management during reviews, investigations, and resolution of complaints/grievances, including documentation.
• Assist associates and leaders with HR-related issue resolution, including payroll issues.

As a Human Resources Business Partner I, you will help operational leaders implement people strategy across assigned business areas. The role focuses on recruitment, retention, development, performance and talent management, total rewards, and employee relations, with an emphasis on clear communication, employee satisfaction, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a team-oriented leader for Human Resource practices and objectives, supporting a high-performance culture built on empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, and goal attainment.
• Support the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
• Perform all duties while protecting the confidentiality of applicants, candidates, and Associates, including not soliciting or disclosing confidential information unless required to perform assigned job duties.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR services.
• Participate in organizational support during periods of change, such as reduction in force activities or strategy changes that impact the workforce.
• Work with HR leaders to ensure expert guidance to Associates and management during the review, investigation, and proper resolution of complaints and/or grievances, including maintaining accurate documentation.
• Assist Associates and leaders with HR-related issue resolution, including payroll issues.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
