CHRISTUS Health is recruiting for a Business Partner to support the implementation of people strategy across operational areas, covering recruitment, retention, development, performance management and total rewards.

The role ensures confidentiality, provides expert HR advice, and helps resolve grievances while supporting workforce changes and payroll concerns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a team player leading HR practices and objectives to provide a high-performance culture.
• Protects confidentiality of applicants, candidates, and Associates and does not disclose confidential information.
• Participates in development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR services.
• Supports organization during times of change, such as a reduction in force or strategy changes affecting the workforce.
• Provides expert HR advice to Associates and management and ensures proper documentation of complaints/grievances.
• Assists Associates and leaders with HR-related solutions including payroll issues.

Summary:

Business Partners support the implementation of effective people strategy in assigned operational areas. Strategy addresses key performance results for customer service, communication, retention, employee satisfaction, and engagement. Business Partner support will encompass all areas of human capital including but not limited to recruitment, retention, development, performance management, talent management, total rewards and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a team player leading Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce


• Performs all duties in a manner that protects the confidentiality of applicants, candidates, and Associates and does not solicit or disclose any confidential information unless it is necessary in the performance of the assigned job duties


• Participates in development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR services


• Participates and supports the organization during times of change, such as a reduction in force or strategy changes affecting the workforce


• Works in conjunction with the HR leaders to ensure expert advice to Associates and management in the review, investigation, and proper resolution of complaints and/or grievances and ensures accurate documentation


• Assists Associates and leaders with solutions to HR-related issues including payroll issues
