CHRISTUS Health in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Business Partner to drive effective people strategies across our operations. You will partner with leaders to align HR programs with goals, focusing on recruitment, retention, development, and engagement while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

The role supports a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on empowerment, quality, and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a team player leading Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
• Performs all duties in a manner that protects the confidentiality of applicants, candidates, and Associates and does not solicit or disclose any confidential information unless it is necessary in the performance of the assigned job duties
• Participates in development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR services
• Participates and supports the organization during times of change, such as a reduction in force or strategy changes affecting the workforce
• Works in conjunction with the HR leaders to ensure expert advice to Associates and management in the review, investigation, and proper resolution of complaints and/or grievances and ensures accurate documentation
• Assists Associates and leaders with solutions to HR-related issues including payroll issues

Description

Business Partners support the implementation of effective people strategy in assigned operational areas. Strategy addresses key performance results for customer service, communication, retention, employee satisfaction, and engagement. Business Partner support will encompass all areas of human capital including but not limited to recruitment, retention, development, performance management, talent management, total rewards and employee relations.
