Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and performance management across our manufacturing and corporate locations. You will guide organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, and workforce planning while ensuring policy consistency and strong HR analytics support.

The role requires 6-8 years in HR and experience in an HR Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of HR related experience.
  • Experience in at least one HR Center of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People & Organizational Development, Employee Relations / Labor Relations, or HR Operations
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Basic business acumen
  • Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
  • People-centered change management skills; agile and resilient
  • Good understanding of HR analytics
  • Ability to synthesize and connect multiple inputs and translate them into simple solutions and messages

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and managers on talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives
  • Provide HR guidance and support by applying HR programs, policies, and business objectives
  • Support talent initiatives, workforce plans, leadership development, and talent review discussions
  • Advise managers and employees on performance, development, engagement, and workplace issues
  • Identify learning and development needs and support creation, implementation, and facilitation of training programs
  • Advise on performance issues, annual performance management cycles, and performance plans
  • Facilitate resolution of performance and employee relations issues
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment laws and regulations
  • Support organizational assessments, team structure, role alignment, and change management activities
  • Participate in HR projects and change initiatives
  • Partner on job architecture, annual salary planning, and compensation decisions
  • Support workforce planning by analyzing workforce data and partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs
  • Facilitate selection of high-performing and diverse talent for critical roles
