Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and business to implement HR initiatives aligned with objectives.
  • Develop internal client relationships and coach to drive people-management initiatives.
  • Provide HR consultation across performance management, recruiting lifecycle, and employee relations.
  • Serve as primary contact for managers and associates regarding concerns.
  • Conduct investigations and make fact-based recommendations.
  • Escalate issues to HR and leadership as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and counsel on sensitive issues.
  • Partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
  • Craft and revise role profiles aligned with workforce plans.
  • Align workforce planning with budgets and forecast cycles.
  • Guide organizational planning and implement changes.
  • Support leadership preparation for talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Identify top talent and develop retention strategies.
  • Lead annual salary, bonus/commission, and equity planning with business-unit leadership.
  • Analyze compensation and recommend market adjustments.
  • Collaborate with global compensation and benefits on annual enrollment.
  • Coach managers and associates on effectiveness and performance.
  • Use influence and negotiation strategies to gain stakeholder support.
