Job summary

Michels Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role drives talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning while upholding confidentiality.

You will lead HR initiatives with a focus on strategic partnering, collaboration with teams, and delivering high-quality HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
