Job summary

Worthington Steel is seeking an HR Business Partner in Delta, OH to collaborate with plant leadership and drive people strategies in a manufacturing environment. You will coach leaders, handle employee relations, lead investigations, and shape workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.

You will also analyze HR metrics to improve retention and engagement, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigations experience.
• Ability to coach leaders and influence business decisions.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HR metrics and data to drive business decisions.
