Are you a dedicated HR professional with a passion for people and a desire to make an impact? A prestigious firm with an incredible culture is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join their dynamic team. If you’re looking for a role that blends operational excellence with a collaborative and supportive work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to thrive!

Why This Opportunity? This is a rare chance to be a part of a top-tier firm known for its people-first culture and unwavering commitment to excellence. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth human resources operations while contributing to a company that values teamwork, growth, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HRIS maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, helping to address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Benefits & Leave Administration: Administer benefits and leave programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave of absence tracking.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting requirements (e.g., EEO-1, ACA).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance and leadership teams to support workforce planning, compensation updates, and broader organizational initiatives.
  • Policy Implementation: Help develop, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and goals.
  • Project Support: Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and diversity & inclusion efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HR Experience: 3+ years of generalist human resources practices, particularly in relation to benefits, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • Proven Payroll Expertise: 1-2+ years of payroll management experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment with a deep understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems—experience with Paylocity, Paychex, ADP, and/or UKG is required.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous and committed to ensuring every paycheck is accurate and every HR process runs smoothly.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong focus on creating efficiencies and improving workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Collaborative & Personable: You thrive in a team-oriented, friendly, and high-energy culture.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but not a requirement—what matters most is your experience and passion for delivering great results.
  • Compliant & Knowledgeable: In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
