IBI Healthcare Institute is the fastest growing and innovative Ambulatory Surgery Center looking for a Part-Time experienced Virtual Human Resource Associate to join our world-class team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in the HR field
  • Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance, with experience using ADP payroll systems preferred.
  • Ability to develop and implement programs to retain great talent within the organization
  • Solution-Driven: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective HR and talent acquisition solutions.
  • HR Compliance & Best Practices: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws as they relate to talent acquisition and hiring.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement tailored hiring solutions.
  • Sense of Urgency & Initiative: Efficiently handle multiple HR tasks
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage with team members, managers, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve staff HR inquiries promptly via email, call, or text, providing superior customer service
  • Manage, prepare, and run bi-weekly payroll and payroll reports for executive review and approval

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support talent acquisition with hiring needs—sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and credentialing new candidates
