Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in an HR role or combined experience with SHRM certification.
• Food Industry experience is a plus.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Human Resources Assistant (Bilingual-Fluent in Spanish)

Assist the Human Resources Manager in the day to day HR operations including but not limited to:

• New hire onboarding and training.
• Maintaining accurate/up to date HR records.
• Review and update internal processes, procedures, and policies.
• Assists in employee relations and advises management on personnel matters.
• Assists with updates of employee information and scanning of employee files.
• Review employee timecards.
  
  

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.

Able to work well in a fast paced team environment to achieve individual and company objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) with 3 years’ experience in an HR role or combined experience and SHRM certification considered.
• Food Industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish a must.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.
• Fundamental and working knowledge of computers, including MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Start time is 7:00am Monday - Friday
