Job Summary

We are seekingan experienced WarehouseRecruiter to supportthe hiringof qualified warehouseand light industrialemployees. The idealcandidate will haveat least twoyears of recruitingexperience,preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or staffingenvironments. This roleis responsible forrecruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaininga steady pipelineof candidates tomeet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and hirewarehouse personnel, includingpickers, packers, forkliftoperators, loaders, unloaders, shipping and receivingclerks, inventory associates, and general laborers.
• Source candidates usingjob boards, socialmedia, employeereferrals, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
• Screen resumes andapplications to identifyqualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Complete pre-employment processes, including background checks, employment verification, and new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain accurate applicantrecords using anApplicant Tracking System(ATS).
• Build and maintaina pipelineof qualified warehousecandidates for currentand future openings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or staffing.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting high-volume hourly employees.
• Strong communication, organization, and time managementskills.
• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice and applicanttracking systems.
• Ability toprioritizemultiple openings ina fast-pacedenvironment.
