Responsibilities
  1. Under general supervision, support the Human Resources department with recruitment, new hire orientation, employment processing, employee file maintenance, and coordination of special events/projects.
  2. Perform administrative duties with accuracy and discretion, assisting employees and management with policies and procedures.
  3. Record, maintain, and report human resource information accurately.
  4. Prepare recruitment materials, schedule interviews, and notify candidates of their application status.
  5. Maintain candidate lists and provide eligible candidates to department representatives.
  6. Process personnel action forms and ensure timely updates.
  7. Coordinate pre-employment screenings and explain employment benefits and terms to new employees.
  8. Establish and maintain professional relations with applicants, visitors, and professionals; provide excellent customer service.
  9. Answer inquiries regarding employment issues and verify employment as needed.
  10. Perform general office duties: copying, calendar management, mail processing, office supply ordering, and operating office equipment.
  11. Utilize computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  12. Stay informed on HR developments and perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
  13. Ensure timely processing of new hires, transfers, and promotions.
  14. Maintain professional and courteous communication with internal and external contacts.

This position is fully on-site.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database systems.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Human Resources experience preferred.
