CFS in Tampa, FL is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join a collaborative, employee‑centered team onsite. In this role you will support onboarding, offboarding and new hire documentation while maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring data confidentiality.

You'll assist with benefits administration, HRIS data management and HR communications, coordinate verifications and reporting, and support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Human Resources, HR Administration, or related experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of employee records management, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
