Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations.

• Assist with workplace incident investigations and appropriate follow-up.
• Support managers and employees with performance, attendance, workplace conduct, and policy-related matters.
• Assist with coaching, corrective action, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Help ensure HR practices remain consistent with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee-related information.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and other HR projects as needed.

Pay: $23-26
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Human Resources Specialist for one of our valued Orange County clients.

If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and supporting both employees and leadership, this could be a great next step. We're looking for someone who can confidently handle a variety of HR responsibilities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations
